After enquiry with polling site, they said that because of huge number of simultaneous votes,
The site is now restricting access from the same IP address.
From now on, we will not be able to cast unlimited votes like before.
Also, we cannot access the site by the old address, so please vote via the new address below.m(_ _)m
But because of IP access restriction, you will not be able to vote after 10 votes.
At first, after several hours or the next day, you may be able to vote again. But if the capacity of the website is over,
we may not be able to vote until next month when the poll starts again.
